Why does the gas-phase flow rate of the mixture on the tray suddenly approach 0 during the hydraulic simulation of the tower?
How sudden is it? What about the front and back panels?
The flow rate on the previous tray was 6.91 m3/h, but it dropped to 0.0018 m3/h on the next tray. Also, the tray where the gas flow rate is close to 0 is not the last tray in actual operation – why is that? I hope it can answer the question.
The vapor-liquid phase load flow rate seems to be set incorrectly; try adjusting it again.
Is it the plate for feeding? Is the feed temperature set too high, causing the entire liquid phase to be vaporized?
