Recently, I went to a company nearby for discussions. After a dust washing and recovery system was installed in the urea granulation tower, it affected the air flow rate, preventing the load from being increased to its full level. Later, the packing in the gas-liquid separation section was removed, which improved the air flow rate, but there was severe trailing effect and high ammonia levels. Does anyone have a good dust removal system that ensures compliance with standards as measured by monitoring devices?
