The design specifies 100 for chilled water and 300 for cooling water. Is it possible to increase the flow rate of chilled water and reduce that of cooling water? By how much can it be adjusted, and what determines this?
Adjustments can be made on a small scale; the key is to ensure that the temperature of the air exiting the air-cooled tower remains within acceptable limits. Also, make sure that the motor current of the refrigeration pump being used does not exceed the specified limit, so as to avoid damaging the water pump, which would cause problems

Increasing the amount of chilled water is possible only if the pump has sufficient power and the chiller has adequate cooling capacity! Otherwise, it’s useless! Just my personal opinion!

The chilled water usually comes from water in the nitrogen cooling tower, and it is cooled using a chiller or an ammonia-cooled heat exchanger; the amount of chilled water depends on the capacity of the motor driving the chilled water pump as well as the heat exchange capacity of the chiller or ammonia-cooled heat exchanger ; The cooling water is usually recycled water from large tanks, pressurized by pumps; the amount depends on the capacity of the pumps ; The water levels of the two types cannot both exceed the design values; the liquid level in the air-cooled tower is controlled by interlocks to prevent water from flowing back into the air compressor.
I would like to ask the original poster: what methods do you use to increase the flow rate of the chilled water? Should we replace the pump, or is your chilled water system currently controlling the flow?
Generally, non-variable-frequency pumps control flow by using an outlet throttle~~So, check whether the outlet throttle valve of your cryogenic pump is fully open ~~
Well, our chilled water pumps are all running at full capacity; there has never been any restriction on them
