Our company’s recirculating water tank is located next to the road, and during winter, mist is everywhere along the road, which affects traffic safety. I am now looking for contact information of manufacturers that specialize in dealing with water mist/white fog in circulating water cooling towers. I wonder if anyone has worked on such projects; please recommend some. Thank you!

There are many treatment techniques available in the literature, but it’s not clear who to turn to or who is capable of carrying them out. Another issue is the lack of profitability; it’s likely that it won’t be able to gain widespread adoption. It’s built by the road; there’s nothing we can do!
To solve this problem, it is crucial to have low investment costs and low operating expenses, as there is no profit to be generated in the first place. Many approaches were considered at the time, such as using ammonia for cooling or external cooling methods, but they were all rejected due to high costs. Now, for our cooling tower, one road has been turned into an internal road within the factory area; only one road remains, which is the Development Zone Avenue, so the impact is much less than before. Furthermore, we separated the cooling tower basin from the top using grating plates; although this affects the cooling effect of the circulating water, it seems to be effective enough in preventing any impact on the road.
