Since downstream acid water stripping is limited, we also have the idea of changing to hydrogen stripping, which can reduce acid water and fundamentally solve the problem of acid water carrying oil impacting downstream. But what is the stripping effect? At the same time, I have the same considerations as the original poster. What is the hydrogen ratio and how much greater the acidic gas will be after stripping than before? At the same time, where does this acidic gas go? Should dry gas be desulfurized and burned, or is there the possibility and benefit of recycling it into PSA? Also, will the gas phase be entrained in the fractionated oil after the working conditions change? Will the corrosion of the stripper increase or decrease after the working conditions change? Can any master give me an answer?
