Recently, the pressure at the top of the ammonia vaporization tower has been high, the liquid level in the upper part of the tower is high, and the flow rate downward is low; as a result, large amounts of ammonia water flow from the ammonia vapor pipeline into the saturator. I seek analyses from experts everywhere!
Is the liquid level high at the upper part of the tower, with a small drop volume? Does it mean the liquid level in the reflux tank is high and the reflux cannot occur? A large amount of ammonia solution enters the saturator from the ammonia vapor pipeline? What’s a saturator, and what is it used for? This question is a bit unclear and not easy to answer. It would be better to rephrase the question or include a flowchart to make it easier to address
