As shown in the figure, after the major repair, the blowdown valve of the water cooling tower sprays water frequently, and this occurs only between 10 a.m. and around 5 p.m. At first, spraying water could solve the problem (by reducing the flow rate and lowering the nitrogen level in the water cooling tower, as well as increasing the pressure in the tower); but recently this method no longer works. The instrument technicians found that there is a difference of 400 mm between the local reading and the main control system’s reading for the liquid level. Even when the liquid level in the water cooling tower is set at 600 mm, spraying still occurs; the normal setting is 1200 mm. Seeking advice
It’s probably the water spraying from the overflow port~~ There’s a high likelihood that the fill material in the water cooling tower is dirty, clogged, or scaled~~
It shouldn’t be; it has been completely taken out for cleaning, and water is only sprayed from noon to afternoon. Over the past two days, the difference between the level indicated by the gauge and that shown on the computer has been around 200 mm to 500 mm

It’s overflowing; the central control level reading is inaccurate, with fluctuations in the levels between the central control system and the local gauge ranging from 200 mm to 500 mm
I wonder if you checked the water distribution nozzles and mist traps in the water cooling tower during the major repair? If there’s no problem, I think you should check whether the holes in the water distributor and the mist capture mesh are blocked. If so, clean those holes in the water distributor and replace the mist capture mesh with a new one. Also, add a pipe to the top of the water cooling tower
It’s not water spraying from the top of the tower, but overflow from the lower part~~
There’s no such issue, but now the automatic control has been enabled for nitrogen injection in the water cooling tower. The pressure is at 18.6 kPa, and the liquid level is set at 1300 mm; however, water doesn’t spray out. I’m not sure what’s going on. Is adding a pipe meant for exhaust purposes? We made an cut in the pipeline early on to install a waste nitrogen vent
I’m not quite sure; could it be that the liquid level at the bottom of the water cooling tower wasn’t properly controlled, causing an overflow?
Right, is the molecular sieve active during that period? There’s no preset opening value for the switching, and the pressure in the upper column becomes too high.
