The concentrated ammonia solution from our ammonia vaporization tower is sent to the desulfurization system to supply alkali. The temperature after the concentrated ammonia solution cooler is generally kept above 60°C; if it falls below this level, the pipes carrying the concentrated ammonia solution are prone to clogging (due to yellow crystals). The desulfurization system uses ammonia as the base source, and it is necessary to control the temperature carefully. I would like to ask those who are experienced in this field: has anyone ever tried to purify and remove impurities from concentrated ammonia solution? How is it done?
Test the coal gas for naphthalene content and the ammonia solution for naphthalene content; the crystals are likely to be naphthalene crystals.

The concentrated ammonia solution produced by our plant’s ammonia vaporization tower has a concentration of around 8; it is sent to the desulfurization process as a source of alkali, and no problems have occurred so far. Have you measured the concentration of the ammonia solution? Has any of the remaining ammonia water entered other waters? What is the operating pressure of the ammonia vaporization tower?
What process is used for ammonia vaporization, and what is the temperature control at the top of the tower?
