In the pre-deethanization process, during startup, the liquid level in the reflux tank rises suddenly and at a very fast pace; this rise needs to be controlled by opening the light hydrocarbon discharge valve of the reflux tank. Along with the increase in liquid level, the temperature at the 12th tray of the deethanization tower also rises. The tower pressure, reflux, tower pressure difference, and bottom temperature are all stable; no cause can be identified. I hope everyone can help analyze this issue. Thank you!
Control the heat input to the tower bottom; ensure stable reflux, and check whether the reflux pump is not delivering sufficient flow

1. Is the temperature of the material too high due to a short parallel operation time when your gas/liquid phase dryer is put into use? Second, is there any fluctuation in the reboiling heating at the bottom of the tower, especially in the unit that uses wash water?
