How to seal the adsorption tower during long-term shutdown for PSA hydrogen production

If the plant needs to be shut down for more than a year, how should the adsorption towers of the PSA hydrogen production unit be sealed after successful nitrogen purging? If there are too many blind flanges on a tower, and if the entire unit is sealed, there is a risk of air leakage due to issues with valve gaskets, which could prevent pressure from being maintained; furthermore, temperature fluctuations may lead to moisture absorption by the air. Do anyone have any good suggestions?
The entire system is sealed under positive nitrogen pressure; if the nitrogen pressure drops, it should be replenished promptly.
If there is a nitrogen source available, pressure can be replenished in a timely manner~~ If not, it’s recommended to install blind flanges instead~~
If blind flanges are to be installed on each tower one by one for sealing, the workload would be enormous
A leak test can be conducted before sealing; once it is confirmed that there are no issues, that’s sufficient. The pressure inside the tower must be kept at a positive level, and regular checks should be carried out.
