At 9 a.m. on March 18th, the C-5005 refining tower of Shenhua Yulin’s circular economy comprehensive utilization project, whose ethylene glycol production capacity is 400,000 tons per year and which was constructed by China National Chemical Engineering Corporation No. 11, was successfully lifted, marking the beginning of the lifting of large-scale equipment for this project. It is reported that the C-5005 refining tower, which was lifted this time, is one of the larger heavy equipment components in the 400,000 tons per year syngas-to-ethylene glycol plant constructed by the Fifth Engineering Company of China National Chemical Engineering Corporation No. 11; it also represents a challenge during the construction of the entire project.
