There is no need to put it that high. A 12-meter platform is enough. Pay attention to the stress calculation of the heat pipe.

I don’t know if this is internal or external reflux. Your diagram doesn’t show external reflux. If there is internal reflux, make it as short as possible so that the vapor phase can come over and condense in time. ; If it is an external return flow, the height must be considered. You can refer to the principles of chemical engineering, which is the pipe resistance and tower pressure that need to be overcome in order for the condensed liquid to flow back into the packing.
