Our company is located in Gansu and mainly produces phosphorus pentachloride. When producing phosphorus trichloride, we need to heat the reaction reactor to around 80–83°C, with a pressure in the reactor of less than 10 kPa. The temperature in the phosphorus washing tower is between 76–77°C, and the pressure in that tower is around 3 kPa. At present, we are able to raise the pressure in the reactor to around 82°C, but the pressure in the tower can only be raised to around 69°C. We have tried many methods, but the temperature in the tower just won’t go up. I hope everyone can help me come up with a solution

The top temperature is not a key control parameter; what matters most is whether the phosphorus trichloride obtained through distillation meets the required standards. If the product quality is up to standard, there’s no need to worry about the top temperature!
