……It’s quite common. It must be the motor driving the reducer. It’s difficult to adjust the meshing clearance of the reducer; it’s best to send it back to the factory. The angle of the fan blades in cooling towers is also quite important; there are standard values for it, making it easy to adjust.

It’s just a matter of finding the right fit and angle, and then everything will be fine. If it gets damaged, it can be sent back to the factory for repair – this item isn’t expensive at all.
This is called an axial flow fan, used in cooling towers. The maintenance is not complicated; once you know how to assemble the bearings, you can do it. The gears don’t need to be repaired – just replace them when they wear out. Both the bearings and gears have positioning features, so as long as they are installed in their correct positions, it’s done
