As shown in the title, the pressure of the pressurized tower is only about 0.35mPa.
It is a bit low, our pressure is around 0.49Mpa, and the temperature of the tower kettle is 125 degrees Celsius. How much feed does your distillation unit need? Also, how much does the temperature and pressure deviate from the design?
The operation manual given is 0.5 plus or minus 0.1, the tower kettle temperature is 130 plus or minus 2, and the annual processing capacity is 50,000 tons. It is now 80% open.
Is it possible that the reflux in the pressurized tower and normal pressure tower has increased, causing the tower temperature and tower pressure to be too low?
If the reflux is reduced a little, the moisture content in the product will rise to above 0.1.
