Is the vaporizer operating above its design load? If it has not exceeded that limit, have the water supply supplies to various sections of the scrubber tower increased? Has the pressure drop across the wash tower trays increased, and does severe scaling prevent effective separation? Another factor is water quality; if the water quality is poor, it can also cause liquid to be carried along
