Gasoline is fed into the pre-distillation tower at the rear of the light gasoline distillation tower; reflux and middle-grade gasoline are drawn off from the top of the tower. It has been found that the volume of gas discharged from the reflux tank at the tower top is much higher than before, so all of the reflux from the top of the tower is recycled, and no more middle-grade gasoline is drawn off. Appropriately reduce the temperature of the bottom reboiler. However, the gas phase in the tower top reflux drum remains very high. Urgent: Have you encountered a similar situation again?
