Cooling tower water quality

After being in use for some time, the water in the cooling tower turns yellow and turbid, and its pH value drops to a weakly acidic level. The condensation equipment connected to it passes pressure tests without any leaks; adding alkaline substances has little effect, and cleaning helps for a while, but what is the cause of this? I seek advice from experts
We still need to add more analysis items; it can’t be just pH level. For reference.
There’s a leak, causing the water to become contaminated! It doesn’t have to be a device!
It should not be acidic; under normal conditions it is alkaline
Is there a leak in something like the cooling water jacket of the pump?
If the water is yellowish, consider the possibility of iron ions; generally, this does not cause a decrease in the water’s pH. Check for any acid leakage as well
Please provide the heat exchange medium and the test analysis report
