I’ve never encountered the use of potassium permanganate for spraying; generally, sodium hydroxide or dilute sulfuric acid is used. FRP towers are also employed in such applications. If oxidation is required, an ozone generator can be added at the beginning of the process to use ozone for oxidation. I’m not sure what type of waste gas you have.
