After comprehensive evaluation by a team of authoritative experts in the industry, this technology has been recognized as the first of its kind in China, with its overall technical level reaching the leading standard in the country. This marks a significant breakthrough for Yanhua Company in the field of energy-saving technologies for methanol distillation, and it provides an adaptable and replicable \"Yanhua solution\" for the green and low-carbon development of the industry. The appraisal panel for this evaluation session was headed personally by Gu Zongqin, president of the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association. Its members included top experts from the domestic nitrogen fertilizer and chemical industries – such as senior specialists from the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association, China National Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd., China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd., Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., the Petroleum and Chemical Industry Planning Institute, Shandong Mingquan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. During the evaluation process, the expert panel adhered to the principles of \"rigor, objectivity, and fairness.\" They went to the production site to inspect the operation of the \"new 5-tower 3+3+2-effect methanol distillation\" unit, listened in detail to the project team’s reports on technology development, project implementation, and unit operation, and conducted inquiries and in-depth discussions on key issues such as technical details, energy-saving data, and environmental protection metrics. After multiple rounds of evaluation, the appraisal panel unanimously agreed that Yanhua Company’s new technology of \"building a 5-tower 3+3+2-effect methanol distillation unit\" features outstanding innovation. It is not only the first large-scale installation of this type in China, but its process route is also advanced and mature; the unit operates stably and reliably, with product quality meeting the required standards ； Based on actual operational data, this technology demonstrates significant effectiveness in reducing energy consumption and emissions of pollutants, thereby improving both the economic and environmental performance of enterprises; its overall technical level is among the best in the country.
