The product in the heavy phase during the production process contains about 5% of this component; it has a very high viscosity, and the heavy phase is highly corrosive. It’s too general; it would be better to tell people what the heavy phase is, what the viscosity is, what the product is, and what the production capacity is. Only then can everyone provide reasonable suggestions, such as which extractant to use, whether to employ a rotary extractor tower, a vibrating extractor tower, or a mixed sedimentation tank.
