Blue Star’s POM is **a technology developed by Fuyi, designed by the Fourth Research Institute; it has a production capacity of 40,000 tons and comes in two series. This is the first set transferred by Fuyi, so there are some issues. The most incomprehensible part is that the silver method is used for formaldehyde. If products are to be sold, they should be Formosa Plastics’ products; they should belong to the same series as Formosa Plastics’ products. It should still be in the stage of joint commissioning at this time.
