The adipic acid route has been fully localized in China； The butadiene route has also achieved mass production, and ongoing optimizations are being carried out ； In particular, the caprolactam route allows direct access to hexamethylenediamine, thereby largely avoiding the supply constraints associated with hexanitroamine.

It invests a great deal of human, material, and financial resources to form specialized teams in order to overcome technical challenges. After years of research, the process for producing adiponitrile using the butadiene method has been mastered, which is truly remarkable. With one’s own technology, it is as if one has the key to opening the doors of the industry, no longer being controlled by foreign powers. The localization of technology can strengthen a nation’s backbone; on one hand, it reduces production costs. In the past, when purchasing adiponitrile/adipamide from abroad, not only were the prices high, but there was also a frequent issue of unstable supply. Now that we can produce on our own, costs have decreased, which makes our product prices more competitive. With increased profits, companies can invest more in research and development and expand their production scale. On the other hand, it has promoted the independent and controllable development of the industry. From raw material production to the manufacturing of Nylon 66 products, a complete industrial chain is established, which significantly enhances the influence of domestic enterprises in the international market.
