Let’s discuss the production status of polyoxymethylene in China as well as the various grades available.

The enterprises that are already in operation in China (everyone is likely familiar with the various projects that are under construction, so I won’t list them here): (1) Yunnan Yuntianhua, (2) Shanghai Lanxing, (3) Nantong Baotailing, (4) Zhangjiagang DuPont-Kuraray. The production capacities and product grades of these four companies, as far as I know, are as follows: Manufacturer, Product Grades – Yuntianhua: M90, M270; Lanxing: BS090; Baotailing: M90-44, M270-44; DuPont-Kuraray: 100P, 50P. Regarding these four companies that are already in operation in China, what product grades can each of them produce? (The grades I’ve listed here are certainly not exhaustive.) Could any expert provide a specific parameter table and applications for each grade?
The factories in Zhangjiagang produce 4520 and 7520; as for DuPont’s homopolymerized polyoxymethylene, it is 100P and 500P
It is said that the price of polyoxymethylene is highly dependent on its grade and purity; I’m not sure whether Yuntianhua’s polyoxymethylene isn’t selling well, as mentioned above.
