How many companies in China currently possess the technology for producing triomethylene from formaldehyde? Recently, the ion liquid method developed by Lanhua Research Institute has attracted a lot of attention. Could any experts provide some information on the previous triomethylenetetramine production technology? What are the similarities and differences between these two processes?

I agree with the upstairs person’s assessment of ionic liquids. The only current use of ionic liquids is to generate hundreds of thousands of redundant papers each year, providing job opportunities for tens of thousands of researchers both domestically and internationally. Ionic liquids are not likely to be commercialized in the petrochemical industry in the foreseeable future. This is a general reference. It is by no means a strong-acid-type ionic liquid specifically designed for LICP.
Are the people upstairs all industry professionals? Who can introduce the existing triomethylenemethane processes?
