More good news from Kaifeng Longhua – following the successful granulation of materials using Line A on September 26, resulting in the production of polyoxymethylene products, after just 68 days of debugging, at 14:30 on December 4, Line B of the polymerization unit in Area 04 was able to start processing materials, and at 15:28, high-quality MC90 polyoxymethylene product pellets were successfully produced. This marks the completion of the entire production process for Kaifeng Longhua Phase I’s project to produce 40,000 tons of polyoxymethylene per year, with the facility now officially entering the trial production stage. Feeding was stopped at 20:30 on the 4th; the plant has been operating stably for 5 hours, with a total output of 93 tons of qualified polyoxymethylene powder and 5 tons of granules. This has enabled full integration of all processes from raw materials to finished products in both sets of plants.
