For the fire pump, even though the valve at the outlet was set to a very low position when the pump was started, it still stopped operating due to current overload. What is the reason for this? The outlet has already been turned down to a very low level. What’s even more troublesome is that this is a fire pump; it takes at least 15 minutes for the pressure at the pipe outlet to increase – isn’t that too slow? I would like to ask for advice

If the pressure at the pump’s outlet is fine and the current level is normal (with the outlet valve closed), then check the pump’s inlet to see if there is any blockage or sediment inside. Since you mentioned that it’s a circulation pump, check whether there are any debris at the suction inlet of the circulation tank that might be blocking the filter. Additionally, a low liquid level in the circulation tank can result in insufficient net positive suction head for the pump. In my opinion, apart from problems with the pump itself, the issue is insufficient supply at the pump inlet, and there are many reasons for this deficiency. . . . . .
Mechanical issue – check if the turntable is heavy? Motor issue – check if the protection settings are correct? The operating load should not be high; pay attention to the valve opening degree during normal operation.
What was said on the 6th floor is more or less correct – start the backup pump and see. If the problem persists, it’s either due to a blockage in the common pipeline or an excessively low liquid level in the tank. If the backup pump works fine, then there’s something blocking the inlet of your pump. .
The slow buildup of pressure in your gauge is largely due to an insufficient feeding rate. Check the flow of liquid from your exhaust valve; if there is also no flow from there, it’s likely that there is a problem with the feeding pipeline. Also inspect the valves, as the bearings in many valves often break and cause them to stop functioning
