What are the flow-through components of a centrifugal pump?
The main components subject to overcurrent are the pump body, pump cover, impeller, seal ring, pump shaft, and shaft sleeve. The requirement for them is not to be corroded by the medium being pumped. :lol
I believe that in the process of transporting materials by a centrifugal pump, all components that come into contact with the materials being transported are referred to as the flow-through components of the centrifugal pump.
Different pump structures vary; the flow-through components of a cantilever centrifugal pump include the pump casing, impeller, mouth ring, impeller nut, shaft sleeve, and mechanical seal; A multi-stage centrifugal pump includes the above components (without an impeller nut), as well as an axis and a balancing mechanism.

There are also many types of centrifugal pumps, and their flow components vary, but they are generally similar. As the name implies, the flow-through components are those parts of a centrifugal pump that come into contact with the medium being transported during operation; these mainly include the impeller, seals, pump casing, pump cover, wear-resistant rings/plates, shaft sleeves, impeller nuts, pump shaft (not necessarily – the entire shaft is not always flow-through), throttle sleeves, balance discs, and balance drums. Once you understand the pump’s structure, everything becomes clear.
