For an empty pipeline, why can’t the outlet flow rate be set too high after the pump starts operating? If it is set too high, the pump shuts down. I’d like to know why Could all friends please help analyze this?

This is understandable, but the outlet valve has only been opened to 5 positions and the current is already close to the rated value; opening it a little more causes the system to shut down. I asked around and was told it’s due to high flow rate, with no resistance in the pipeline ahead ? ?
Close the outlet valve completely and start the pump; check if the current level is high. If it is, it may indicate that the wrong model has been selected
It’s related to the vacuum system; since there is no back pressure in this system, there is little resistance throughout the pipeline. As a result, the flow rate is high and the current level is high as well. The outlet valve has only been opened by 5 positions, yet the current is already approaching its rated value – it even trips when the valve is opened a little more. First, check whether the motor selection is appropriate, and then consider whether the circuit breaker chosen is too small
