The water pump has a head of 15M, what is the maximum pressure?
Maximum outlet pressure = Inlet pressure + Head * Specific gravity. For example, if the inlet pressure is 0.5 MPa, the pump head is 15 meters, and the specific gravity of the fluid is 1, then the maximum outlet pressure is = 0.5 + 15*1/100 = 0.65 MPa
What temperature is the water being transported at? The density is 1000 at 4°C and 792 at 255°C. How is the highest pressure determined? At 255°C, the vaporization pressure is already 4.3 MPaA
