Our company currently has a Hanbang metering pump with a flow rate setting of 20 ml/min. When operating at atmospheric pressure, it provides accurate metering, and there is no significant pulsation in the fluid output; However, when operating at high pressure (8-12 Mpa), the measurement differences are significant, and the liquid output pulses are large. I’m not sure what the reason for this is

Is the outlet end a closed-type reactor?
The suction side of the pump is at atmospheric pressure, while the outlet side is part of a high-pressure system

How significant is the difference in measurement? By how much is the traffic lower?
Reaching such flow rates and pressures is not easy; attention must be paid to various factors, and it’s not necessarily just the check valve that is at fault. What type of metering pump is this – plunger-type or hydraulic diaphragm-type?
