The initial state of the pump is set such that chiller A is handed over to the process engineers after completion of its maintenance work. Cold pump B is in operation and needs to be emptied and handed over for disassembly and maintenance. II. Preparatory work before putting Cold Pump A into operation: 1. Ensure that the inlet valve, outlet valve, exhaust line valve of A, the two valves connecting the pump to the light hydrocarbon main pipeline, the outlet valve of the safety valve SV1A, and the bypass valve of the outlet check valve are all closed, as well as all the drain valves connected to the pump body. 2. Activate the purge nitrogen line for Unit A. 3. Connect a nitrogen hose from the utility station to the drain point on line A for exhaust, and pressurize PG2A to 0.2 MPa ; Open the backflow valves between the pump body and the light hydrocarbon main, as well as the backflow valve behind the pump outlet, and perform pressurized displacement three times. 4. Contact the laboratory to analyze the oxygen content and measure the dew point by examining the backflow between the two valves leading from the pump body to the light hydrocarbons main pipe, as well as the backflow behind the check valve at the pump outlet ; Oxygen content
