Close the door. There should be a nameplate on the door.
What's written on the nameplate is turbine device.

This is a turbine with solenoid valves, liquid level switches and other accessories. Before starting the pump, you need to start the turbine device and use vacuum to prime the pump. When the liquid level reaches the required level, the liquid level switch and battery valve work. After the filling of the pump is completed, the turbine device stops and the pump starts.
