The pipeline installation for vacuum discharge pumps includes the installation of inlet and outlet oil pipelines, fittings, and valves. Before installing the pipeline, it is necessary to check whether its specifications and quality meet the requirements. 1: The piping of the vacuum discharge pump must not leak air or oil. Air leakage in the oil inlet pipeline can undermine the vacuum discharge performance at the inlet of the vacuum discharge pump, increase the noise generated by the pump, reduce its efficiency, and also pose additional safety risks. The piping of high-vacuum discharge pumps must be supported; the pump cannot be used as a substitute for pipeline support. 2: The oil delivery pipeline before the inlet of the vacuum discharge gear pump should be as short as possible, with a diameter larger than that of the pump’s inlet, and there should be as few bends as possible to minimize losses. The diameter of the pipeline must not be smaller than that of the pump’s inlet. 3: Filters should be installed at the inlet pipeline and flange connections of the vacuum discharge pump to prevent debris such as weld beads and slag from entering the pump and causing damage. The distillation tank must maintain a certain liquid level. 4: When installing the oil transfer pipeline, the alignment must be accurate, and the slope and route of the pipeline should meet the design requirements. The oil outlet pipelines in the pump room should be connected using flanges to facilitate installation and inspection.
