Can the two valves shown in the diagram be removed? I seek advice from experts

Ask the designers about their design philosophy; in my personal opinion, the P1017B pumps are designed to serve as backup for each other, so it’s better not to use them.
I work in construction, and the owner thinks these two valves are unnecessary, but I believe these two valves serve the same purpose as the valve connected to the pump outlet
The 1017B pump is used as a backup, but it can also be turned off or on via the valve in front of the filter
Based on the current process, in fact these three pumps can serve as backups for one another (with each having its own primary role: Pump A is mainly used in the V1263 process, Pump C is mainly used in the V1163 process, while Pump B serves as a general backup pump). It depends on the design considerations; in my opinion, it’s best to keep the valves in place to ensure that the two systems (V1163 and V1263) do not interfere with each other at critical moments, thus avoiding disruptions to production.
What if V1263 and v1163 are two similar types of media? Pump B serves as a backup for Pumps A and C. It’s better not to go.
With these two valves, the three pumps can pump liquids from different sources~~ Without them, they can only pump the same fluid~~
It’s for transporting different media! The same medium can be considered removed!
With two systems sharing three pumps, production accidents are likely to occur; if I were in charge of production, I would definitely not use such a design.
