There is a diaphragm metering pump; the process requires a pressure of 3.5 MPa, but once the pump starts operating, the pressure reached is only 2.0 MPa. Checks on the check valves at the inlet and outlet, as well as on the filter and diaphragm, showed no problems. Please give me your guidance

Where does the diaphragm pump need to deliver the liquid? What is the pressure at this place? What is the pressure in this area, and what pressure can the diaphragm pump achieve?
What about the system pressure after the pump? Has the pressure of 35BAR not been established in the subsequent system?~~
