The outlet pressure of the bottom pump in our hot oil transportation distillation tower is either too high or too low; please help analyze what could be the cause
Is there air inside? Check where the air is leaking in the inlet pipeline
Check whether there is water present, if the pump is operating abnormally, if it has been emptied, or if the flow rate is low!
Pressure pulsation. There are quite a few reasons; it’s best to consider other signs as well
It is recommended to check whether there are any issues at the entrance to the prosecution office
Is there a sharp cracking sound accompanying the fluctuations in pressure? Cavitation is suspected
The material fed into the pump is not cooled thoroughly, resulting in a mixture of vapor and liquid； Blockage in the inlet pipeline or filter ； The tower liquid level is too low or fluctuating ； Check the pump flushing and pump cooling systems.
