Issue of misalignment in the flow channel of center-opening pumps

For the upper and lower halves of a split-case pump manufactured by the same foundry, the deviation in the flow channels is around 10 mm. It’s my first time working on a pump like this, and I’m not very familiar with it. Is this a common situation? I’m asking the experts for advice on what to do in such a situation!
To be honest, this deviation is quite significant~~~ Some of it can be made up for during the subsequent manufacturing process~~~
If it can’t be aligned again, is it then considered scrapped? This split-face item is also about 1.5 meters long in total – it’s quite large.

The benchmark should be based on the flow channel; for large-scale casting of components, allowance will be taken into account, so it should be possible to use this approach
Which direction is the deviation? An attached diagram makes it easier to analyze
