I. Pre-startup inspections and preparatory work 1. The reactor vessel itself is clean, and all accessories are complete and in good condition. The pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, temperature gauge, safety valve, valves, and drain valve on the boiler should be sensitive and accurate, with regular calibration markings. Devices for safety protection, ventilation, explosion prevention, etc., are in good condition and reliable. 2. The reducer and oil levels in all sections are normal. 3. The packing seal of the stirring shaft is properly compressed, with no leakage. 4. First, turn the mixing shaft by hand (or in pulses) to check its flexibility of operation, and pay attention to whether the mixer collides with the thermometer sleeve. 5. Check whether the inside of the pot is clean and there is any porcelain cracking (applicable only to glass-lined reactors). II. Startup and Operation 1 After starting the motor, the following should be checked: Verify that the motor rotates in a clockwise direction; reverse rotation of the mixer is strictly prohibited (only allowed during initial installation and after troubleshooting by disconnecting the wires). After starting with no load, check whether there are any abnormal noises from the rotating parts. Is the current value within the rated range, and are there any abnormal noises from the motor? 2. Check for leaks at all sealing points during operation. 3. Glass-lined reaction vessels must be protected against sudden temperature changes; the cold shock should be less than 110°C, and the heat shock should be less than 120°C. 4. When the discharge at the bottom of the glass-lined reactor is blocked, it can be cleared gently using a non-metallic rod; the use of metal tools for clearing is prohibited. 5. The pressure and temperature inside the pot must be strictly controlled to prevent overheating and overpressure. III. Turn off the power supply before parking, and check that the valves are in the correct position. IV. Maintenance: 1. Check whether all components of the transmission system and sealing devices are loose. 2. Check for any abnormal noises during operation. 3. Check the lubrication areas and add lubricant on time. 4. Check the sealing condition of the stuffing box and the operation status of the cooling system (including whether the cooling water flows smoothly and whether the outlet water temperature meets the specified requirements). 5. Check whether all working instruments and accessories are functioning properly. 6. When there is pressure inside the tank, it is strictly prohibited to tighten any pressure-bearing components while pressure is present. V. Handling of Common Faults
