Old sliding bearings are usually discarded once they are taken out, so as long as it is confirmed that spare parts are available, a destructive disassembly method is generally used, involving breaking them apart directly
We’ve always done it this way, but some of them are really difficult to extract, so I’m thinking about what good methods might exist to get them out easily
