I work at Yipum Research Institute. A current project requires submersible, explosion-proof sand discharge pumps used in coal mines, with high head capacity as well. Do any of you know which companies in China are good at producing such pumps? Please recommend a few; it would be great if you could provide their contact information as well. Thank you:handshake:handshake
For sand discharge pumps, you need to specify the medium that the pump is meant to transport, the flow rate required, the head pressure needed, the content of solid particles, the size of those particles, and so on. For submersible pumps, it’s best to consult reputable manufacturers online; they will come to you and provide detailed information
Some of the factories I’m aware of are not capable of producing them, but there are manufacturers in China that specialize in making such pumps. I don’t know their names, so it’s difficult to find them through searches :L
Yes, so you should definitely write your requests in the post – maybe someone will have the contact information or relevant details. There’s the Shanghai Chemical Industry Exhibition on August 23rd, and the pump manufacturers participating in it are all reputable and reliable. If you get the chance, pay attention to such exhibitions; I often travel to meet pump manufacturers, and maybe I can help you inquire as well. But since you haven’t mentioned any of this, it’s impossible for others to do anything once they see your post
Around 60 cubic meters, with a head of 600 meters. For the other requirements, it’s sufficient to follow those of the conventional mining submersible explosion-proof sand discharge pump BQS; if there are no exact parameters available, those that are similar can also be considered. Does anyone here know anything about this?
