What should I do if the booster pump doesn’t deliver water?

One of the fire pressure pumps in our factory (newly installed) is not able to deliver water. We have checked and confirmed that the check valve is in good condition, as is the installation height. Could anyone with expertise please offer some guidance and point us in the right direction? I would be extremely grateful!
Is there air in the pump? You can exhale first.

Inspect the inlet filter and ensure that the flow paths at the inlet and outlet are unobstructed. 3. Check the liquid level in the tank. 4.
