Analysis of causes of deformation of a pump inlet pipeline

The pump inlet pipe is deformed and I don't know why. 1. The pump is a multi-stage pump with a Yang distance of 134m. ； 2. The pump inlet short circuit is DN100, PVC; 3. The fault occurs at the pump inlet short circuit.
Did it blow out when the pump was tripping?
1 Inlet pressure and temperature? 2. Is plastic temperature resistant? Pressure resistant?
It should be caused by qi, but the specific cause has not yet been found out.
The pump inlet should not exist.
The medium is normal temperature water, and the entire pipeline is made of PVC. There is no overpressure at the pump inlet, and the pressure gauge shows negative pressure.
I have never come into contact with DN 100 PVC, and there is no possibility that impurities or other reasons in the pump inlet pipe may cause the pump inlet flow to be small and create a vacuum, causing the PVC to be deflated and deformed.；
But as shown in the picture, it doesn't feel like shrinking, but rather like it feels like it's expanding.
