Plan 62 flushing system check valve

To add a check valve to the 62 flushing system, I would like to ask how to choose it and what pressure rating to select
If it is API682, the minimum pressure rating of the valve is 800 LBS
For typical connection methods such as welding or butt welding, the material and pressure class can be selected based on the temperature and pressure parameters of the medium used to prevent backflow; the pressure class is usually set at PN4.0 or above class300. The manufacturer will use these parameters to determine the price, as after all, the valve body is produced through forging....
I think the same, but I consulted the pump manufacturer, who said that 300# would be sufficient. I have serious doubts about this: firstly, it does not meet the requirements; secondly, the pressure and temperature levels associated with the pump are quite high, and the standard grade for such pumps is usually 600#. Although a balance tube is used to keep the pressure at the seal low, I still think this approach is not satisfactory
