The tank is sealed. If the oil is pumped out, the remaining part will be a vacuum. The inside of the tank will become negative pressure and may be crushed. The customer wants to use a local method to directly connect the nitrogen tank to adjust the pressure in the tank and seal it with nitrogen. However, in the past, this was adjusted by the nitrogen sealing valve system.

Maintaining a slightly positive pressure in the tank will prevent the tank from flattening. I have an example here. The nitrogen in the tank is pressurized and the oil is pushed out directly without the need for a pump.
