Questions about flange DN20-15

I’ve seen something like this for the first time; I can’t imagine what it actually looks like. Is there anyone who can explain? If it involves a change in diameter, how does that change take place?

It’s DN20-15; it’s not a multiplication value. It’s a socket weld flange according to SH3406-96. I saw someone issue orders in this way, so I came to ask. Anyway, thanks anyway
DN20 is the specification; 15 is the pressure rating, 15.0 MPa

It’s not like that. The DN20-15 PN20RF socket weld flanges are usually DN20 PN20 in specification; but since there’s a change in diameter here, it’s not clear where exactly the change takes place
For the flanges you mentioned above, if it’s a diameter reduction, buy DN20 or DN15 flanges, and also get a 20X15 diameter-reduction fitting to weld onto the pipe
I see. So it means there are 2 flanges? I thought it was a reduction inside one single flange.
Apart from the cast iron flanged reducers, aren’t all the others made using flanges combined with reducers?
