Who has information on bearings

For the bearings in series 7, there are two 7308 bearings at the pump drive end, while one bearing is of the NU type. The 7308 bearings have an angle of 40 degrees; can these be replaced with bearings having an angle of 25 degrees? What are the differences?

Different angles result in different capabilities to withstand axial forces; the larger the contact angle, the greater the ability to resist axial forces. The opposite is true for radial forces! Generally, small cantilever centrifugal pumps can be replaced with each other. I’m not aware of any specific requirements, but that’s how I carry out routine repairs, and I’ve never encountered any problems! Waiting for the expert!

The larger the angle, the greater the axial force it can withstand, and the smaller the radial force! Do not change it casually!
