I would like to ask everyone: our auxiliary lubricating oil pump is a vertical pump, with a motor power of 75 KW. Before starting the pump, the coupling must be disconnected, and the motor should be operated in single rotation mode for 2 hours. Every half hour, the vibration levels of the motor, as well as the bearing temperature and motor speed, need to be measured. What are the standard values for the motor’s vibration levels? Is it necessary to measure these values in the X, Y, and Z directions?
It is in the X, Y, and Z directions, with a requirement of less than 2.8 mm/s.
This needs to be determined based on the motor speed and the center height of the equipment! It is recommended to look up the relevant national standards!
