For the selection of the transfer pump, should it be a sludge pump or something else? ? What other pumps?
Provide more medium operating condition parameters; otherwise it’s impossible to make a selection
Are you referring to the pump at the bottom of the crystallization tank? What are the solid content and specific gravity?
There are also applications for slurry centrifugal pumps with semi-open impellers, equipped with double-end mechanical seals along with a flushing system.
Please provide the conditions of the medium: flow rate, head, medium concentration, medium temperature, the net positive suction head available for the device, whether crystallization occurs, and if there are particulates present, their concentration and maximum particle size.

Without specific parameters regarding flow rate, pressure, temperature, as well as information on the process medium, it’s definitely impossible to make a choice
