A separate water station should be installed – what does this mean? For hydrogen and acetylene gases, leakage and external contamination must be prevented; how should the seals of various compressors be designed?
The purpose of installing a separate water station is to prevent light components from entering the cooling systems of other units from this water station, thereby avoiding accidents such as fires and explosions under abnormal conditions~~~~
A separate desalination station (or water softening station)?
The water station is used for softening water and cooling water; a separate water station helps prevent cross-contamination of water quality. Leakage is not allowed; a collection tube can be installed in the sealed chamber for centralized treatment, with specific analysis required for each machine. To be honest, I don’t really like answering questions on too abstract topics.
This is one of the provisions in Sinopec’s reciprocating compressor engineering specifications, so I’m not able to conceptualize it either
